Well, I saw this on [info][livejournal.com profile] kanjo_girl 's page, and I req'd a fic, so I have to post this~ ^___^

The FIRST TEN people who comment on this journal will get a fic request from me. HOWEVER, you must do the same thing on your journal, regardless of your capabilities of writing.

I encourage you to be creative when requesting. Also, fics will be drabbly more than likely simply because of school. I have not had a lot of practice writing slash, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I am actually a bit rubbish at romance. Sorry. ^_^

BUT I will always do my best to fulfill your desire. I know quite a few fandoms, but I may not necessarily know yours, so feel free to ask. ^_^

Jim (Treasure Planet) & Cinderella meet. She's Queen and her husband had died. He becomes her most trusted ally and a surrogate father to her daughter, who has troubles coping with her life as a blind child.

Is that all right? I can always request something else.

You know what... I think I might be able to do this.

One question before I start, though:

How do you feel about people who forget someone has a disability. Not in a "ha ha we forgot you're in a wheelchair and we have to climb all these stairs now" kind of way, but in a "oh- right- sorry! You don't let your disability define you, and it's not really made into a big deal, so we forgot you can't see" kind of way.

(Like the difference between bullying and Toph Bei Fong if that makes any sense...) ^^;

Nope! I don't mind at all. That sounds rather accurate for the story, too. Thanks for doing this!

Jim & Cinderella crossovers are my favorite~

Cool~

Last question: Did you post this on the Disney kink meme? If so, do you want me to post the final fic there? Or just in my journal~?

(Also, it might take me until at least Sat/Sun to start properly working on this, but I swear I am working on it a little bit every day.) (^^);

You can if you want, but that prompt over at the Disney Kink Meme was meant for Jim/Cinderella romance. You seem to like to write gen fic rather than romance, so I came up with a prompt I thought you'd be comfortable with~

And cool! I'll be waiting! Yours shouldn't be too long either. Working on it.

Hello! I got here via your comment in the yj anon meme. I hope you don't mind my random appearance here.

Do you mind me requesting yj fic? Even though there's a huge anon meme and you've obviously been writing lots for it there?

If you do mind, feel free to ignore this post.

Prompt:
Irlen Syndrome (http:// http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irlen_syndrome) is a type of light-sensitivity disorder. It can have different effects, but they include clumsiness, difficulty with depth-perception, and making details (like words on a page) seem to move. Because of how the disorder works, it can be dealt with by wearing tinted glasses.

Depth-perception is, I'd imagine, rather important to a speedster. And who do we know who wears tinted goggles?

To be honest, I half want to write this one myself sometime...

I can try! I do have to warn you, though, I've been getting sick recently, and school is kicking on me. BUT I WILL DO MY BEST! PROMISE! ^____^

Warning has been duly noted.

You have my sympathies about school.
